The judge should also look for good skin tone and where 2 or more athletes are very close to each other, scars, acne & excessive tattoo should be taken in consideration. Athletes with deformed muscles and extended stomachs should automatically relegate the athletes in question to the last place.
In the Classic Physique division, the inability of properly performing the vacuum pose should relegate the athlete to the last place as well.

The assessment should take the whole physique into account. The assessment, beginning with a general impression of the physique, should take into consideration the hair, the overall body development and shape which should have more muscle size in the lower body than inthe upper body.
The presentation of an athletic looking physique; the condition of the skin and the skin tone; and the athlete’s ability to present herself with confidence, poise and grace are also extremely important in the overall assessment.
The body parts should have a nice and firm appearance with a decreased amount of body fat, similar to those presented by bikini athletes, but slightly more development in the upper body and a bigger lower body than in Bikini. The physique should not be excessively muscular and should be free from excessive muscle separation and any striations. Physiques that are considered too muscular or too hard must be marked down.

A Bodyfitness athlete should present on stage a balanced, proportionally and symmetrically developed physique without much muscle detail or striations and no excessive overall muscular mass.
This physique should not be described as hard, big, or ripped.
The assessment should also take into consideration the tightness and
tone of the skin. The hair and makeup should complement the “Total Package” presented by the athlete, as is her ability to present herself on stage with confidence, poise and grace.

This IFBB division was introduced with the beginning of 2013 for women who want to prepare heavier, bodybuilding-style body but not extremely dried, lean and muscular, yet athletic and aesthetically pleasing.
Altogether, there are 3 rounds. In round 1 (semi-finals) competitors’ physiques and muscularity are assessed during quarter turns and four compulsory poses. In the finals compulsory poses and the posedown are performed in round 2 and a 1 minute posing routine to music of competitor’s choice in round 3.
This sport is placed somewhere between Bodyfitness and former Women Bodybuilding which has been removed from the IFBB list of official sports in 2013.
Competitors are expected to present the overall athletic development of the musculature but also balanced and symmetrical development of all muscle groups as well their sport condition and quality, with visible separation between them.
